Default I’m Baaaack

Little Me (aka Rian) here. I took a “little break” and put on 20 pounds over the last two years, or was it three? It was as if my brain completely checked out and forgot about how much better I felt, how much better I looked, how much easier it was just moving through space, how much energy I had, and how great I slept while eating low carb.

The good news is, I woke up before I put it ALL back on! But I’m here, I started this boondoggle in January, and have already released 12 pounds. I have the book “Eat Right Not Less” and have been using the Atkins tracker app, which I love. Not that you really have to count much once you get the hang of it, but it helps me plan.

One more thing, I’m a Baby Boomer too. Glad to be in such good company

Hi Rian,
Glad you're back.
20 lbs isn't so bad and you've worked that back already, so good for you!!
