Default So you only lost 1/2 pound check this out

I just got back from my weigh/measure day at Curves and though I only lost .5 pound I am still pretty happy - with the results.
When I gained weight I gained it pretty evenly 5 inches on the bust ,waist and hips. So looking at it that way I'm more than halfway there in the inches lost but still only 1 lb lost on the scale.

Hopefully this will cheer up others who have slowly moving scales
  • total inches lost this month 4.75
  • total inches lost since starting Curves (2 months) 8.75
  • total pounds this month .50
  • total pounds since starting Curves (2 months) 1 measly one
  • total body fat lost this month 1.50% =2.28 lbs
  • total body fat lost since starting Curves = 2.30% = 3.59 pounds

Go KOKO!!!

I knew it would turn out great! Looks like you lost 2 pounds of fat and gained a pound and a half of muscle! That's AWESOME! Muscle is really the way to go, as you know if you've checked out Mischa's latest pics.

Forget the scale, inches and body fat it is!

Congrats! Just remember...inches lost is what makes your clothes loose and baggy! I love have people at work come up and say "hey...skinny!". I am far from skinny, but those inches are what makes people ooh and ahh over your progress. Best of luck to you. Sounds like you are doing great.
