Well done my monthly weight and i have lost another 7 pounds and long may it continue

Not as much as i lost the 1st month but you don't expect to lose a stone and a half a month like i did the 1st month but i'm now eating more stuff and it's to be expected i spose that the weight will fall at a more sedate pace now than it did the 1st month.

Course i could go back to induction and be an Adonis by christmas

Brilliant news carb cutter. 7 pounds a month is a great weight loss. If you are able to sustain that over the next few months you will be doing brilliantly.

I'm sure you are teasing when you said about going back on induction. Whilst you can have to many carbs, you can have to few as well. Your weight loss this month is about right and so you now are eating around the right carb level for you.

Continued success.
