good to see you here again. you were very supportive. thanks for all encouriging posts in the last year they really helped a lot hope you are doing allright too.

that picture on left might be 3-4 years younger from the one in the right, years before LC when i was realy fat. probably 90+kg. and once i was 100+ i probably didn't keep many pictures of myself from those dark times.Body is of course important part of visual looks but facial change for some people like me is unbeliveable.Sometimes I still can't recognize my new face in mirror looks like someone else .

gotta up this this transformation is funny. I would have never believe people can change this much with weight loss
Don't quit fellas stick to LC eating. Screw doctors who tell you to eat carbs.
I can argue anyone who says otherwise.

pic or it didin't happen like they say.

LOL. Astonishing, isn't it? I would guess that, especially with as quickly as you lost, looking in the mirror resulted in double takes for a long time.

Better haircut, too, uberfat!

You are inspiration with positive energy pal. Go on

I promise i would send lamb tail fat if i could but there are 2 problems
1- customs doesnt allow meat to ship overseas.
2-it will stink in process and you will have food posioning and quit your diet.

stick to butter, bacon, eggs, wings etc all i can say

Doctors are very experientially biased. They don't believe in YOUR experience, unless it's part of a large body of data that has been compiled and analyzed.

If they are very good anti-experiential doctors, and you succeed in improving your health with something that is outside their definition of the norm, they'll tell you, honestly, that they don't understand what you are doing, but it seems to be working for you.

If not, they'll scold you, as did the doctors you went to for your lab work before oral surgery.

Very few doctors are willing or able to critique the information that they are given by drug reps and their journals. Nor do they have the time, as, pretty much all over the world, they are overworked and, for the most part, underpaid, when one considers the amount of time they put into their education, their practices and their continuing education. Which, of course, is usually more of the same.

Exactly! What really bothers me is that scrimping on very low calorie low fat mini meals, always hungry and obsessively thinking about food, made us miserable and doctors accused us of cheating and being slothful despite our extreme efforts. When there was a LCHF alternative that would have made us delightfully satiated without hunger and sometimes forgeting to eat, like a "normal" person.

Uberfat is proof that what made Tongans fat was not the mutton flaps, it was the huge amounts of sugar and flour that Tongans added to their diet of mutton flaps with a few vegs and fruits. Hopefully can ask the butcher to save some of the lamb fat for next time.

Around here much of the fat is cut off before meat is delivered to the butchers.

Uber, how are you doing after you experiment in Thailand? Well I hope. I have some lamb shoulder blade chops in my freezer with a good fat on them. Thank you for pointing out lamb fat!

i am sorry, i was in asia again. eat some tasty noodles, rice sugar filled sauces and go up to 73KG!!!! felt so unhealthy.

last month i arrive istanbul and start my diet again ,
first 10 days was hell, craving was so strong i couldnt even sleep, than everything turn back to old days. cravings gone, only one meal a day. I start feeling very healthy .
i think it is 33th day now and i am 63,5 kg. almost lose 10kg in 1 month.
but for me health is more important so i had a full blood check last week all tests very good , blood sugar 76.
i quit smoking and start e-cigarettes 3 months ago. it also help with health.
I dont always eat lamb now maybe 2 times a week because it is winter and inside house smell so bad. mostly chicken wings ,butter, eggs.

i hope everyone in this community doing very good.

how are you doing? i hope everything ok because more important is health than losing kg
dont forget checkups.
