I'm on day 5 of no smoking. Have quit before but always caved (sooner or later) 5 months...a year..a month etc. Anyway, I started low carbing and stopped drinking 5 days ago as well. I'm a pretty big drinker and knew I couldn't quit smoking unless I put the plug in the jug as well. Right now I'm wanting to EAT really bad. Have lost 8 pounds in 5 days so doing great but man do I have the munchies!!!
I am going on four months, and the munchies are still getting to me. I try to keep it on plan, but weight loss has kind of stalled out. Hopefully when other things in my life stabilize and stress goes down a little it will pick back up.

Just reading your comments I was already thinking to myself how worth it is. My friend is going on 6 months and has stalled but things have started losing again. There must be hope for all of us! Have a great day.
