It’s been a long time

Hello all. I was active on this forum many moons ago. Life got busy, lots of changes. I was a Zone girl back then. Anyway, I’m back and trying out Keto. So far so good. Been about a month now and I’m down 5 pounds. Clothes fit better. Less tired. All the good stuff. I haven’t been an angel for the last month, but have done pretty good staying on track. Looking forward to reacquainting with some of you and getting to know the others. Hope you all have a great day!
