Thank you in advance for all of your help. I am a little confused about one thing on ketogenic diet. Reading I have done in The art and science of low carb living & performance say that fat burning occurs best training at 50-60%. The books make it sound that training harder (excess of 60%) more energy comes from carbs. Does this mean that long periods of training at above 60% are bad on ketogenic diet?

Thank you!
Cory
