Question Flour Terminologies

Greetings, one and all.

I haven't dug around yet, so forgive me if this is answered somewhere obvious--I just haven't seen it anywhere.

Are "vital wheat gluten flour" and "high-gluten wheat flour" the same thing?

I have the former, and hesitate to purchase the latter if they are interchangeable.

If the label says that it has 75 - 80% protein, then it's the same.

The easiest way to dig here is to use the search function on the top right.
