I'm up for the challenge! Is this a total loss from my starting wight or loss from this point on needs to be 25 #? (Sorry,I know there always has to be a moron who doesn't get it!! ) I told my sister I'd weigh in at 165# by Thanksgiving. Spent the weekend at my husband's grandparents and came back 4# heavier - ugh. By the sloshing noises and bloating it is mostly water weight - I hope! Yuk I feel terrible after I cheat like that. Remind me not to do it again!
I would like to join the challenge also. I lose very slowly, so if I actually do lose 25 pounds by Christmas, it will be a real miracle, but the challenge is motivating and it will be great watching some of you succeed! Beginning weight = 209 pounds; goal weight = 184 pounds by Christmas (extra aerobics here I come)!
