Default Salami Sandwiches

This is stupidly obvious, but I forgot about them for a while so I'm listing it here for someone who's looking for lunches this week.

- a pile of whole lettuce leaves
- a pile of thinly sliced tomato
- mayonnaise
- a pile of thinly sliced salami (I've just been through some Boar's Head Genoa and Boar's Head hard salami that were particularly good)

Take a lettuce leaf in hand. Spread a little mayonnaise on it. Put a few thin slices of salami on it. Top with a little thinly-sliced tomato. Roll up. Eat. Wipe hands and face. Repeat.

I eat about four of these and I'm stuffed.

These are sandwiches to be eaten in privacy, they're too messy to eat in front of other people.

I do the same thing for my BLT's!

I even make sure when I get a head of lettuce, I select all the big pieces and store them away in a container just for this occasion.
