Default chicken niblits

Don't know if this qualifies as a real recipe but it makes a great snack.
I fried 4 chicken breast halves (boneless and skinless) in butter with some garlic powder, oil, and soy sauce.
Once the breasts were cooked through....and cooled....I cut them in slices and then chopped the slices into pieces about half/inch by half/inch.
Then, I placed the 'bites' into a tupperware container and sprinkled it liberally with Tony Chacere's cajun seasoning.
I put a cover on them and shook them and stuck them in refrigerator.
Whenever I want a quick snack, they are right there for easy nibbling.

Hi Lasert,

Thank you very much for the snack idea, I had done something similar but prefer your recipe.

Thank you again.
