Hidden Carbs??????

I have a question for anyone that can help....

I have been eating cheese sticks and cubes for my snacks. The packages say that it is 1 or >1 carb per 8 cubes or per stick. Is this true. I thought I read somewhere that cheese had more carbs. If that is the case then I have been going WAY OVER my limit!!!!!!

Can anyone clarify this?
I tried fitday.com but they do not have by this sticks or cubes, neither does the carb counter here.

I appreciate any response, hopefully good news.
