Thank you for the kind words of encouragement

How are you doing so far on your 'quest'

I do not find this plan too difficult to follow
I just hope that it keeps working
The only thing that i miss is a glass of red wine once in a while
I used to do this on Friday evenings and have a nice romantic dinner
would you know if wine is permitted at all
