Default Lotsa Pepperoni!

Hello all you good eaters out there! I found this bag of bulk Pepperoni at the supermarket the other day. Do any of you have any fun and interesting ideas how to use it besides just munching on it? Seems like I read somewhere that you could somehow cook it to make it like crispy chips but I can't remember the method. What do you think?

Thanks,
mg

I use pepperoni in this way (usually for breakfast) I take a couple of eggs and put them in a small nonstick pan and scramble them a bit. Cook them until they are almost done. Then take some pepperoni and some mozzarella chees and put them on top of the eggs. Put this under the broiler for a couple of minutes and wha laa you have a "pizza"

Lessara, not sure if it will work for you...but I have found that low carbing definitely has helped my heartburn.

Interesting....a girl I worked with had major heartburn BEFORE her gallbladder was removed.

For me, I can instantly tell if I have gained any weight because my heartburn returns. Chocolate is the worst!!

Anyways, heartburn is a drag...I'm sure you've learned what to stay away from.

I suffered heartburn constantly as well and don't have my gall bladder either but since low carbing I can eat anything and not have it bother me.. spicey foods included.
