I don't know anyone here who is nursing at this time BUT...I'm sure that you can find other nursing moms in the "Pregnancy and Parenting" section of this forum.

sara i started with phase 2 also. i am not nursing but i found phase one too restricting. a while back i did phase one for about a month then went to phase 2...and then just fell off track completly. i started with phase 2 this time and i noticed a slight difference in my weight loss. not much though and i don't feel as restricted. hope that helps...
