Default Terra Chips??

I was wondering what anyone thought of Terra Chips. They are "Exotic Vegtable Chips" Below are the ingredients of the Zesty Tomato Chips. It seems to be ok because it is made with veggies. Obviously not to have every day. Let me know what you think - they are sooooo good!

Definitely a once in a while treat!! Not for everyday.

I'm a freak for anything salty and crunchy! I saw these and stayed away for the control factor as I fear I wouldn't have any.

I did try to soy crisps...satisified my salty crunchy cravings. I have to watch any packaged foods with sodium as I retain water very easily!!

Definitely an option - I made the same decision - they are vegetables, therefore should be ok. But a lot of beets and sweet potatoes, so starchy veggies. My problem iwth such things, as with nuts, is how to restrict to a cup.

I also tried soy chips, and find them even more addictive than Terra Chips. I recently tried dried peas - (Snapea chips, Trader Joe), and also liked them.
