Default Yellow Corn Meal?

Does anyone now the rules on Yellow Corn Meal? I have found the ingredient listed in a few things (Wheat Pancake mix, Wheat muffin Mix, etc...) and was not sure. THANKS!!

My take on yellow corn meal is that its corn. I've stayed away from corn for the past 11 months. Maybe you could try it as a treat but certainly NOT every day.
