1Moore's Exercise Log
I've been wanting to start exercising and today I finally started just like I wrote in my journal this morning! I started by walking 1.5 miles on the treadmill. Slow baby steps is what I keep reading, so that's what I'll start with. My goal is to make it to the gym one day. I've already paid, but I only went for a week so far and that was back in October!
