Default Praise for FitDay

If any newbies haven't checked this out, I encourage you to, it's 100% free, and it is an invaluable tool ( IMHO). The last 2 days I have entered my food and surprise, surprise my old journaling was WAY off! I am no longer wondering where my mood swings are coming from, and why I am retaining H2O.

My carbs have actually been higher than I thought and sodium thru the roof!

It's well worth the time to check it out!
