Curry!

I have a craving for Curry.

Anyone have an idea for say: Curried Turkey salad?

I mean I have all this dang turkey left, may as well curry some of it!

Was thinking something like:
Chopped Turkey
Sliced celery
Mayo
Curry/turmeric maybe?
Almond slivers

Was wondering if anyone has a curry idea before I throw all the above together in the guinnie pig test

BTW the above seems a bit boring...like it needs something else.
