Default 10 Reasons I love this WOE......

1. My legs don't rub together anymore and wear out the insides of my pants

2. Looking much smaller than what the scale states

3. Giving up obsessing about the scale and ketostix

4. Dealing with why I eat and finding alternatives

5. Having more energy

6. Standing taller (I think I've grown at least an inch) and having more confidence

7. Learning patience and not expecting this to be a quick fix (this is a big one)

8. Learning to avoid self-sabotaging behavior (another big one). In the

9. Feeling the most healthy in my life

10. Finding this board and getting soooo much support. I know I would not be as successful as I have been without you all!!!!!!!

Also, I had to add No hunger!!!!

I have number 1 happening too, but without my legs rubbing together to wear out my pants - when will my pants wear out so that I can get some new pants that fit me better. My belt is one its last hole too.

I just bought a new belt 2 weeks ago and it's already on the tioghtest notch...the belts I buy aren't cheap either, bleh guess its the price to pay.

i cannot wait till i get to see number one on that list for myself!

that was very inspiring, especially to me because i am having a hard time deciding whether or not to go on low-carb (or rather i have difficulty believing that i will survive on low carb because i hate vegetables!)...
