I have been lifting weights to maintain muscle and to reshape define what i currently have from all those years in sports in the past.
I do 6-12 reps on heavier weights, depending on if I am trying to break past a particular weight.
And I been doing that 90% of the time I been LCing... down 108.5 pounds. And I have basically held on to the muscle I did have.

No, maybe I've misunderstood my trainer. We've talked about toning and strength. Maybe he's referring to toning for the reps I'm doing. I don't want to gain large muscle mass until live lost the extra weight. Thanks for the insight. I'll bring it up to him on Monday.
