Talking Gemma's Workout At David Lloyd Uk

Hi Been Really Good This Week And Went To Lbt On Monday And 1 Hour Gym Work, And 20 Lenghts In The Pool.

Tuesday Went To Body Conditioning And Pilates

Wednesday Did Tae Geri

Thursday Tae Geri

Friday Body Conditioning

And Gym And Swim Every Day.

My Heart Rate Monitor Indicates Heart To Be At 122, But Max Was 152 And Low Was 120.

Aching Today But Well Worth It.

im working out and enjoying it but the only problem is the weight is not coming off

Give yourself some time. With all the exercising you are doing you may actually be building some muscle as well and you may not notice a drop in weight at first. Be patient and keep plugging along!
