Default Definitely FAB!

I think you're doing an awesome job, Paris! WTG!

Water aerobics is sooo fun and soooo good for you. I wish they had a class during a time I could go. It's hard working from home and working my lunch schedule around my kids school breaks.

Aren't those tricep exercises something? They are killers.

Your calisthenics routine has some elements of the arms workout I do from the DVD.

I think you would really like it.

For the triceps extensions, you can also use two dumbells. Try 2 8lb'ers for fun--hard, no?

Tamilee's triceps does 12 kicbacks on each arm, 12 full extensions (both arms) with 2 dumbells, then 12 half extensions with 2 dumbells, then 12 isometric elbows in-and-out still holding the dumbells overhead. She then rotates through deltoids, biceps and comes back, does the same set of twelves again, then rotates through the other muscle groups, then does 8 full extensions. I've now started to notice that I actually have triceps.

I am feeling a bit like a slug again... I did a lot of walking this weekend, but nothing too strenuous, and with the MOUNTAIN of laundry to do this afternoon I did not get my strength training in... looks like I will be 4/5 this week at best.

Default Did you enjoy your walk?

Walking is one of the best exercises of all--plus you get to enjoy the great outdoors! It's not always about strenuous but really more about enjoying yourself. Remember exercise is really our human joy to play and is a lifetime's pleasure.

It takes lots of little steps to change ourselves, and I think you are doing a heck of a job!
