HIIT is not really advisable but moderate cardio is ok. To tell you the truth though, everything works better after a good break from it all, including dieting, which isn't really advisable during SD either, I believe. Eating at maintenance for a week or two will do your metabolism a lot of good if you've been operating with calorie deficit for awhile.
