Good luck liddie you can do it. When I started my induction I didn't eat for one day. I knew this old lady that believed one must cleanse their body first before starting a new diet or what ever. It worked for me, may not for everyone. Any diets hard when you want it to happen right away and not to take so d--- long. But I am told the more you need to loose on Atkins the faster you will loose it compared to those that need to shed acouple pounds or two. We are all in the same boat and know what everyone is going through. That's the beauty of this diet. And to have someone to talk to is just the icing on the cake, oh sorry girls, I meant to say the whip cream in the coffee. I am looking for a good low carb brownie to make anyone got any? Tried the Stallone Pudding what a great invention !!!!!!!!!!!

Check out Kevin Pa's journal, he has a collection of recipes, including ones for brownies. I would make it only if I had someone to share it with, as knowing me, I'd eat the whole pan!

Good Morning Liddie,

Way to go on the three lbs.

If you stick with induction for the long term, really looking at what you eat, it will work for you....trying some sort of exercise also.... \

Have a wonderful day everyone,
Warmest Regards,
Joy

It takes time but all comes together. Take one day at a time. Even if I walk for only 20 mins I figured that's more than I walked before

Hello Everyone,

I am still very much around and I know quite a few tall girls are also...
I am just really busy from Spring to Fall, so I am on the computer alot less during that time, I try to catch up on Sunday's.....between house cleaning and laundry etc.

I am still LC and working out, no weight loss to report, I seem to lose and gain the same lb all the time, but I am happy right now at my weight for my height....I would like to have slimmer thighs, but even when I was much smaller and younger my thighs were always the problems, it's just in my younger fitter days I had muscles, instead of fat..now it's both.

I hope all is well with everyone, Let us know how you girls are doing every now and again...I know everyone is busy.
Have a great Sunday and a wonderful L.C. Week.
Warmest Regards,
Joy
