Default mayonaise

Another thought...I recently purchased Wasabi mayonaise (check "international" or Asian product section of grocery store. It is delicious with salmon, tuna, etc. It has no sugar or carbs, perfectly legal I think.

your mayo sounds good and legal - as long as its limited to 2tbsp
a day (total for butter, oil, mayo type fats)

Is wasabi similar to horseradish - does it make your mayo taste a bit hot?mmmmmmmmm sounds good.

Actually, I use ~2 tsp., and that is more than enough. It does taste a little like horseradish, but not that strong.enjoy.

wasabi is japanese horseradish

it is normally mixed with soy sauce and eaten with sushi etc

wasabi mayo sounds good - not sure if it is good diet wise though!
