Welcome to this way of eating. Have you read any of his books? Atkins I mean. He says to reintroduce foods as you progress. He discounts no food group except sugar. The last foods to put back into a persons life are grains. But by then sweet potatoes root veggies have been added and there is to much negative info about wheat especially. I do have a piece of bread very occasionally. I can have 3/4 lol piece of Eziekel bread without my glucometer hacking a fit. But it's only occasionally
