I'm 5 9 1/2 and my goal is 145, which is what I weighed before anemia, hypothyroidism and way too many carbs caused me to gain weight. I was lifting weights at the time and wearing a size 10 (some size 8 clothes fit, but the sleeves were always too short). I still have many of those size 10s in my closet, mostly out of style but still useful for pants-o-meter purposes : I'll get back into those pink oxford cloth pants if it kills me!!!

When I was in high school I weighed 125, but was an inch shorter, so that would be going too far.

I am 5'2" and my goal weight for now is 169. That may be high, but it will be the lowest I weighed in almost 20 yrs. Once I get there, I will see where life takes me.......

Currently 206 and 71" ... looking at 155 with light weight lifting and cardio. Then go to heavy lifting to get to 165-170.
I was 135 in high school which was due to surfing everyday. I was 146lbs out of USMC Boot Camp (12 years ago) with 3% body fat.

oh and this is my 4th day of induction and 6lbs are gone! Amazing what happens when you cut out beer and chips!

I'm 5'8, and my goal is ideal 125, although anthing less than 130 (129.9999 ) would be grand! I have pretty much always naturally been 137 (+/-) 3 lbs...lowest was like 3 weeks ago (131) tummy flab was almost gone!!!

I am 5' tall, and I've always weighed about 100-105 pounds before I reached 150. My goal weight is 110, but someone called me "gorgeous" at 120, so we'll see when I get there...

Hi
I'm 5'1'' and I had set my goal at 150# , with so much to
loose that sounded realistic for a beginneng goal, although
I need to loose a lot moore than that. A size seven ,
whatever that weigth may be would be fine with me.

I am 5'8" and I guess my weight goal (#) is still 165, but over the last 9 months I have hit many of the most relevent goals I have set for myself. I am no longer a slave to noodles, chips and sticky rice. I have lowered my blood sugar and cholesterol. I have begun to take better care of my overall appearence, dressing better and even occasionally applying cosmetics. Most importantly, I have made my health and well being an ongoing daily priority. Now after the inital shock of seeing my weight loss, I am now being complimented on my overall confidence and improved atittude, which believe me feels a whole lot better than hearing "You look like you have lost weight."
At 175, I look and feel pretty good and with 60+ pounds gone, I no longer feel the shame/failure cycle I did when I was heavier. Besides, just like purchasing shoes, the number doesn't mean a whole lot if the things hurt your feet - it is the overall "fit" that matters.

Default Goal

I'm 4' 11" and started at 130 pounds. My goal weight is 110. Not much to lose but have kept that weight for years and want to get rid of it.
June 1-130 lbs.
July 2-119.5 lbs.
I'm getting there! Good luck everyone, however much you have to lose!
