not yet..if it is it is random...waiting for the new plan from "the trainer". Been keeping protein at 190-210 per day, carbs 100-200 per day and fats steady at 45-50 per day.
Well, if you would like to entertain the notion, I cycle my high carb/calorie days on my heaviest lifting days, and low carb/calorie days on cardio or rest days.

well it does not look like there will be any lifting for me this weekend due to health issues ....crossing my fingers for tomorrow, but not getting my hopes up. Sucks to ge a girl sometimes !!

I hope I gain strength because this week was crappy strength wise. Maybe it's the induction (20g) or maybe PMS or my bad days. The only fun thing was the books. I love them! I sent you an e-mail.
