"SEXY" Nutritional supplements?
Hello....SORRY. "Sexy" doesn't really have anything to do with my question...I just put that word in the subject line to make sure this thread was read!!
I am in week 3 of following the Atkins Induction plan. I have only been taking my usual Centrum multi-vitamin and a calcium supplement.
Today I am feeling really weak and "blah." It is my TOM (which usually zaps my energy anyway) but I feel like my WOE is compounding the negative effects of my period.
What other supplement(s) should I be taking?
I have also had cramps in my legs at night. However it was about 9 days ago and only lasted a few nights....hasn't been a problem since.
I ventured into my neighborhood GNC store but was overwhelmed with all of the choices that I turned around and left.
I would appreciate any advice that you might be able to offer....
