120 min walk...6.75 miles..over trails at state park and city walking!!!!( the State Park is .7 miles from our house) What a great workout...DH is VERY tired...Im 133 min over goal for the week!!

Rough day...I may have over done yesterday...ibuprophen for the aches and pains...tomorrow I will do the recomb. bike...hopefully for 2 hrs...

OMG! i hear you on the ibuprophen... lol my thighs and leg joints scream at me on mondays!! You are doing wonderful with your exercise!! You seem very motivated!! Helps keep me motivated too!

Ibuprophen is my friend!!!!!!!!!
I looked in the mirror today and I have a REAL waist....I finally got brave and looked at myself sideways...the fat pad at my abs is substantially smaller...

I love how I feel when I am this active even with THE soreness!!!!

89min!! 5.07 miles!!! only stopped because DH's hips hurt!

Kristie...!! I love the fitbit....soo encouraging..and Im making myself walk even more...I can easily challenge myself....it is synched with my computer and will synch with my new phone when it arrives later this week.

.I walked the trail and included the really long way home!!! so 5.2 miles..tomorrow I work straight thru so most likely it will be my rest day...

302 min so far this week.....busy work day ..so probably ONLY a 20 min bowflex workout.. I was hoping for a trail walk at red Rock with my son..BUT my dgd is sick with the flu.....just called him..he thinks she will go back to school tomorrow..and said he was up for the trail if I was...the problem is I may not have shoes that work...I have a weak ankle...I broke every bone in my ankle a few years back..Ive got a buncha pins in...I may wear a brace just in case...and work on getting shoes/boots that will be better suited....its a walking/climbing trail....Im kinda excited at the prospect that I can conquer it!

Sigh im not consistently logging here...I keep forgetting...Bowflex yesterday!!! I really pushed myself..and it felt good..Im up to 30 min....goal 2-3 times a week..

Today is the gym....I had insomnia last night so Im not sure how long I'll go...

We hiked Red Rock!!!!! OH YEAH!!! bouldering...climbing..steep trails!!! It was amazing...3 solid hours. and I wasn't the "weak" link..I kept up...and at points excelled!! OHHH YEAH!!!

I met my exercise goal for the week..plus some!!!!! I took Ibuprophen and took a very hot shower...Im only mildly sore...all over..so I must have worked almost every muscle group...and it feels good.....we've agreed to go hiking again Sat...Im going out to get a really cute climbing outfit...( yoga capris...a matching jacket AND a coordinating Tee!!!) I earned it!!!
