Hi all that remember me. I haven't been around for a long time. My VLC diet has evolved into a more paleo-orientated eating plan. I have now lost 106 pounds, but more amazing to me, being metric, I have now lost more than 50kg. All thanks to staying away from the white stuff. If I can get this far, so can you!! I've always seen these people on the Oprah show who fit into one leg of their fat pants and said to myself that that would never be me. Well it is me!!! And you can do it too. It is life-changeing in every single sense of the word.
