Default Phase 1 gone

Just a update. I started June 16th of this year. Five months in i've lost 52lbs. Honestly, it's not been difficult. Just have to make up your mind that this is your LIFESTYLE. A made up mind is what will keep you, no matter the distraction(in the form of food). Stay focused and nothing can stop you from reaching your goal. This also is a big deal because I started at 350 and i'm no longer in the 300's. Pretty cool, i'm super stoked. Let's stay focused and reach our goals. Another easy 75 pounds and i'm there.

Awesome job man! We started in similar places...and I agree it's largely mental. I actual told someone the same statement earlier tonight, you just have to make your mind up to do it and stick with it! My first 60-70 pounds went really quick, probably a little more than that, then it's slowed down, nut I've been good with that! Hang in there with it, you're doing great!
