Thank you Karen

I'm some months into low-carbing and ready for something new. I tried the faux mashed potatoes and it worked a treat. It felt really decadent. Would it work do you think to make a shepherd's pie?

The cauliflower works fantastically for Shepherds Pie. You may want to add some aged Cheddar and crumbled bacon to it for a truly luxurious topping!
