Default Best app for macros

I'm looking for a good app in order to track protein carbs and fat grams. Most of the apps that I have looked at count calories and also breakdown what I should be eating based on the standard American diet. I'd like to find an app that would break down not only calories butt fat and protein since I would like to go on a fat fast for a couple days.

Even the free version of My Fitness Pal has that breakdown. Though you can't set your goals exactly to the gram, it will be close enough by customizing your fat goal to 90 %. Then check the P or F grams for each meal, or cumulative total, and target the protein grams as you go through the day. A fat fast has a calorie limit of 1,000 and should only be used 3-5 days. Save/Print reports for the fast period if needed, then Edit goals again to your usual LC % when done. Help page:

Website Users
Log in to http://www.myfitnesspal.com in a web browser Click "My Home", then "Goals", then select Edit for Daily Nutrition Goals, Fitness, or Micronutrients Once you've made your changes make sure to click "Save Changes", those same changes will then appear in the app the next time the app syncs to the website

In our Android and iOS apps Tap "Goals" in the Menu (or "More" page) Tap the settings to adjust your weight change and macronutrient goals (Fat, Protein Carbs) Tap "Advanced Nutritional Goals, " to adjust additional micronutrient goals
MyFitnessPal distributes fat, carb and protein calories based on a percentage, in five percent increments.
If you customize your macronutrient goals, all three goals will adjust to total 100%.
