Smile One Clean Day 2/15/07

Hi All- I am fairly new to this forum. I have been chatting a little in the Atkins area. I am really ready for a change. In appearance, vitality and just feeling good. I looked around at all the other challenges and for some reason, they are overwhelming. I mean I want to lost 30-40 pounds. I want to exercise every day or darn near. I want to eat on plan. But it is the too big or too much or too something.

So I told myself that I will challenge myself to one clean day. I can eat on plan for one day. I can work out for one day. Tomorrow is another day and I will tackel that day when it comes. But today is the day that I will focus on. If there is anyone out there that wants to join me for one clean day, one day at a time, let me know. Any support would be greatly appreciated!!!

I will post again later or tonight to check in on how my OCD went.

I was successful today in staying on plan for my eating. Mostly meat with a few vegetables. My ketostix was deep purple. I did not however make it to the gym to work out. I am going to bed so no opportunity for any cheating. All in all a good day. Tomorrow, I will stay on plan and exercise.

Today is the second one clean day. I have started off well. Had whey protein shake for breakfast and did yoga for an hour all before 8:30 am. Now I need to have one clean eating day since the exercise is done. Yeah!!!!!

Yeasterday was another clean day for me. No cheating. Exercised as planned. Started off my day today with a whey protein shake. Hope to get in 30 minutes of fast walking on the treadmill as well as 30 minutes of weights. My only concer is that tonight I am going to the symphony with my DH. And we are meeting some friends for dinner (and drinks I am sure) beforehand. I must be strong. I must be strong.

Send me some good vibes and the karma will come back to you!!!!
