Let's see if this takes off. This is a fun way to get in some kind of exercise if you're having a hard time getting motivated like myself. lol
Chain challenge. I start, with "do 10 crunches." The next person to read the forum has to do 10 crunches, and then she or he adds a new challenge. The only rule is that you have to do the challenge right then. You can come up with all sorts of funny things.

P.S you only have to do the last exercise posted and then you add a new one. And keep it short and sweet.
