Default Riced cauliflower

Has anyone ever heard of this? Recipes? I just discovered it and would love to incorporate it into my low carb diet!

Ton of recipes in the cooking section using cauliflower rice. I like making Pad Thai out of it.

I just grate it and stir fry it with a little oil.

Here is Karen's recipe for Cauli-flied rice.

And if you go to the Contents section of the Salads, Veggies and Side Dishes, you'll see that Cauliflower Rice has its own section with 7 separate recipes.

Trader Joe's started to carry frozen Organic Riced Caulifower a few months ago. Yes, it is probably healthier to grate and process a fresh head yourself; but for $1.99 a bag for organic Caulifower from Italy, and three minutes in the microwave, I have compromised on the benefits of homemade
