Default cheese muffins

if this has been done i appologize for reposting, this is actually the same recipe as the crust for deep dish pizza here: http://www.lowcarb.ca/recipes/snack107.html

mix the crust mix as it says as follows
4 oz. cream cheese
4 eggs
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 cups pizza cheese shredded
chives, italian seasoning, garlic powder, nature seasoning, or any kind of seasoning you like

beat together cream cheese and eggs until smooth.
add cream, parmesan cheese and spices, mix thoroughly
add 2 cups of pizza cheese and spoon together.

spoon into muffin pan sprayed with nonstick spray of your choice.
cook at 375 for about 30-40 minutes or until golden brown on top. let set for at least 5 minutes before removing from bake pan

for testing this recipe i recommend at least halfing all ingredients, this makes quite a lot of muffins.

i'm also going to try this for pancakes and even a loaf of bread......the bread texture that results from this recipe is amazing and tastes even better.
