I have the urban rebounder (folding model) and really like it. The urban rebounding website has lots of information about their products. I got it on a special they were running and it came with several DVDs. I'm not wild about the urban rebounding workouts, though they're definitely tough.
I have the G-force DVD mentioned earlier, but haven't tried it, yet. I may pull it out and do it in a few minutes.
Another website with lots of information and pretty much every rebounding video that exists is: http://www.bouncewell.com/

I think I'd rebound more if I had a room dedicated to workout equipment. I don't like leaving it out in my living room, and it's a hassle to lug out of my closet.
