Is extra iodine any use?
Our local health food shop has a promotion on kelp, which it is saying it ups metabolic rate. Well, I know iodine is needed for our thyroid glands, which control metabolic rate. But if you're already getting your RDA (my A-Z multivits/mins contain it) does extra do any good? Does it do any harm?
Anyone know?
