Day 88 of 90

15 net carbs, 2100 calories and 11K steps. Day 1 of dialing back to proper eating was surprisingly easy. I'm hoping for the same thing today.

Day 79 of 90

Goal: Weigh daily. Drink water. Limit dairy and artificial sweeteners.

Weight goal: Stay under 205 lb for life. Longer term weight goal: Get down under 200 lb and stay there for life.

Doing a more relaxed version of tracking this week and liking it. As this challenge winds down, I'm planning my next one: going back to more intuitive DANDR type eating with an eye toward maintaining my weight as well as my sanity.

Goal weight: <200
Weight at start of this challenge: 206.4
Today's weight: 203.4

Default Day 24 - 90 days ends Jul 7

1. No cheats - on plan food only. To aid with this I am taking a small notepad with me and when I see something I think I will throw in my mouth I am going to write it down instead. Did well today in spite of leaving my dinner at the library downtown and will not be there again til next Tues. Not used to that routine and having to go back to the kitchen/break room for my dinner at job #2 (the nicer library). I was really mad about it but drank my Atkins shake on the way to library 2. So I got thru the evening. I was very busy and cut my break short so I could plough thru and be on my way home. On my notepad: popcorn leftover from an event at the library, pretzels, pie, mini cupcakes, and everything not on my plan in cookbooks I glance thru when I shelve them.
Going forward: I will pack lunch and dinner separately and use ice packs in dinner so it can stay in the car.

That’s a wrap. 😎

I will jump right back in tomorrow. I’ve already gotten a jump-start on my next 90-day plan, which centres around controlling inflammation. I’ve been fighting a losing battle against biceps tendinitis since September. It’s painful and now just making me plain angry.

The last 90 days were a success. I’ve solidified habits and even seen a solid weight loss of about 5 lbs compared to last summer/fall.

Thanks, Arielle. I feel like I'm babbling to myself here, so the encouraging comment was a comfort!

Day 89 of 90

19 net carbs, 2300 calories and 24K steps including a 2.5 mile jog. I wanted to eat more before going to bed. The urge was not overwhelming -- so I didn't.

Congratulations Kristine! Awesome job! Terrific results! I don't know what it is about this 90 day challenge thing, but it does work. I guess that it is all about that little bit of extra focus that we need to walk the line.

Barb: I think we all babble to ourselves here. It isn't a chatty thread, I know but I am sure we all cheer for each other in our own way.

Kristine: Good job! I am sure the bicep tendonitis is painful - I have issues with pain in the arms/shoulders and it's no fun. Good luck with your next round, curious to see what you will do for the inflammation.

Ken: I think that extra bit of focus truly helps me stay on track. I don't want to blow this and during a rough day it could so easily go down the tubes.

March 15 - June 15 ** Day 49 (5/3/2019)

Goals:
1. 90 days eating ketogenically.
2. 90 days planning/preparing in advance what I will eat for the next day or next several days
3. Going to sleep before midnight ** updated to make it 7 days/week

Status of a end of day 5/2:
1. 38/90 days eating Keto. - I much preferred how I did in Jan/Feb to now. I'm staying LC just not keto.
2. 38/90 days planning/preparing in advance. - this goal has caught up to eating keto
3. 20/90 days going to sleep before midnight. - Really not doing well with this goal. Ugh ...
