I completed all 3 miles of WATP yesterday.

Today was Bowflex and it has been completed also. I increased the amount of weight on some of the exercises today and I will post it tomorrow.

Yesterday was Wednesday, so it was WATP day.

I completed all 3 miles of WATP yesterday but I am going to be unable to get my Bowflex workout done today.

When my mom gets out of the hospital and is doing better, I plan to resume my exercise program just as soon as I get home.

I feel really stupid for posting about resuming my exercise program when I return home.

I am sitting at my folks house and they have a built in swimming pool in their back yard that I can do laps in.

My sister has a few bathing suits and I am sure I will be able to borrow one. I will be swimming for my exercise today instead of doing my Bowflex.

I am still at my folks place and enjoyed my own private pool yesterday. The weather is hot so the pool felt wonderful. I completed several laps of different strokes and it was great.

Yesterday was Saturday, so it was Bowflex day.

I didn't make it home in time to complete my Bowflex workout but I did exercise by taking laps in the pool before I came home for the night.

I am returning to my folks house again this morning and have packed my WATP DVD so I can resume it on Monday. I plan on swimming everyday while I am there too.

Yesterday was Monday, so it was WATP day.

I chose to wait until I got home to complete 3 miles of WATP. Since it had been four days since I had done the workout, it was more difficult to do yesterday.

Today is Bowflex and I am actually looking forward to it.

Yesterday was Wednesday, so it was WATP day.

You would think after all this time that WATP would get easier, but it doesn't. It takes 45 minutes to complete 3 miles and it works out to 15 minutes a mile.

I haven't been to a sporting goods store to purchase any weights yet and sometimes I am not sure if I would be able to use them if I had them.

I guess what I am trying to say is WATP continues to be a very good workout!

Yesterday was Thursday, so it was Bowflex night.

I never thought I would enjoy strength training as much as I do. It is amazing how much stronger I feel and I am even beginning to firm up a bit.

DH and I completed 2 sets of 15 reps each on the Bowflex last night.

Teri's 20 Minute Better Body Workout
80# Bench Press
80# Seated Lat Rows
80# Crossover Rear Deltoid Rows
80# Biceps Curl
80# Triceps Pushdown
100# Leg Extension
