Yesterday was Monday, and even though it was a holiday, WATP was still on the schedule.

I completed 3 miles of my WATP power walk and Bowflex is scheduled for today.

Yesterday was Tuesday, so it was Bowflex night.

DH and I completed 2 sets of 15 reps each on the Bowflex last night.

Teri's 20 Minute Better Body Workout

60# Crossover Rear Deltoid Rows
60# Biceps Curl
60# Triceps Pushdown
100# Leg Extension
60# Standing Low Back Extension

Yesterday was Wednesday, so it was WATP day.

I usually complete WATP before lunch time but I was watching tennis and decided to put it off until it was over.

In the future I will complete my workout before lunch since I found it harder to do with food in my stomach. I actually ate 5 hours before I began WATP, but prefer to workout on an empty stomach.

I completed all 3 miles of WATP yesterday.

I completed all 3 miles of WATP yesterday. Bowflex is scheduled for today even though I am exhausted.

Today is Bowflex so DH and I will get it done at some point today.

Since my exercise schedule includes both WATP and Bowflex three times a week, I don't always get my Bowflex completed on Saturdays.

DH asked if we could put Bowflex off until today and I didn't see any reason why not. Sunday is usually my exercise day off, but as long as I workout on the Bowflex either Saturday or Sunday, I am satisfied as long as I get it done.

I expect to get to the Bowflex and complete my exercise at some point today.

I have been doing my Bowflex exercises for seven weeks now and only noticed today that most of the exercises that I have been doing are double the weight that I have posted in the past. Since I have actually been doing twice the weight since the beginning, I went back and edited all of the previous posts with the correct weights I have been using.

DH and I completed two sets of 15 reps each, on the Bowflex this morning.
