Yesterday was Saturday, so it was Bowflex night.
Since my exercise schedule includes both WATP and Bowflex three times a week, I don't always get my Bowflex completed on Saturdays.
DH asked if we could put Bowflex off until today and I didn't see any reason why not. Sunday is usually my exercise day off, but as long as I workout on the Bowflex either Saturday or Sunday, I am satisfied as long as I get it done.
I expect to get to the Bowflex and complete my exercise at some point today.
