I've noticed several references on the boards about chromium, so I went to GNC(where I have a merchandise credit to use) to check it out. All they had was the GNC brand in several strengths and I didn't know what strength to choose. While I was reading the bottle I noticed the ingredient "red beet juice"(or something really close to that). Isn't that MSG?
I'd appreciate any tips, advice, knowledge, etc. re: choosing chromium, if it's necessary/helpful, and the like...
