Hummus: Protein/Carb count?

Greetings to all

Can anyone tell me the number of proteins and carbs in about 1/4C of hummus? (hope i've spelled that correctly!). Or know a recipe that includes this info? many thanks, vmeera

There are about 5 net carbs per cup after subtracting fiber.

To search for nutritional info, I use the USDA website. All you do is type in what you want to see nutrition info on like 'hummus' and select the quantity (1 cup) and then it pops up. pretty handy!
