I am new to low carb and I am looking for a few fun receipes for the holiday season. Specifically I was wondering if anyone had a cheesecake or pumpkin pie receipe they could share. I don't typically bake --- so I am looking for something on the simple side that I can top with some delicious whipped cream!!!!

AND any other great ideas!!

Boy, have you come to the right place..... Karen posted a great Pumpkin Chiffon Pie recipe just in time for our Canadian Thanksgiving....as well she has two great cheesecake recipes.

There are other recipes, but these are definitely the "cadillac" version.

If it's a baked pumpkin pie recipe you'd rather have, let me know, as I have a good recipe I could share for that as well. Karen's Chiffon recipe though is a real treat if you'd prefer an unbaked verison.
