Of course, I know I did it incorrectly, but I am wondering how someone like you is maintaining your weight and not getting sick of meat?

Getting bored with food, isn't such a bad idea. Tonight I had a large curry veggie stir fry, with 1/4 cup fried noodles and about 3 ounces of lamb. Later I'm having a low carb brownie and a cup of tea. Large quanties of meat are for induction, maintenance is much more balanced.
I'll never gain any weight back, because I won't go back to low fat eating. Sugar is a thing of the past and portion control on other BAD carbs (potatoes, rice, white flour, pasta, etc) is extremely important.
I think it is noble of you to wait until your sister is ready to lose weight. Nobility however, doesn't win horse races. Pardon my skeptism. I'm a big believer in doers, not talkers. I look forward to you proving me wrong.
