Question Question for Trainer Dan

Trainer Dan, I just ordered: The Firm Body Sculpting System, I use to body build,about 4 years ago, since I stopped the only exercise I get is at home cleaning, gardining,etc. and all the walking I do at work. I still have some strong muscles, but am so out of shape Will this system be hard for me and should I do other exercises before I start on this? Thanks. Debra

The Firm system is a good system ... since you have experience, it would be a good place to start ...

Just remember to look for the warning signs of overtraining when you are first getting started. You know the rest ... If it hurts (joint pain, etc) STOP ... and all that ...
